The Soundtrails Academy is excited to work with Melbourne, Perth and Sydney campuses of the global creative media network SAE University College. The Soundtrails Academy has been developed to accommodate project collaborations by media students. Students can explore and experiment with making creative audio walks, and they can share their final offerings.
The integrated backend system makes administering groups and projects easy. It gives tutors access and oversight of student’s audio walk productions.
The Soundtrails Academy offers nine training modules that step students from the very basics of audio walks, right through to the know-how and what is required for publishing professional productions.
GPS triggered apps for mobile devices are playing an increasingly important part in bringing alive the storied world around us and Soundtrails can now play a supportive role for students to learn the art and craft of harnessing the power of audio walks.
